Bellcrowns with Angelheads

In our homecountry Tyrol - as well as in many regions in the world - there is a belief that every person is accompanied in life by a protective angel. This idea of protection and blessing and the musical prayer that spreads with the sound of the bells in all directions is reflected in the beautiful angel crowns of Grassmayr bells.

Apart from the 70s / 80s of the 20th century, when simple "cheap crowns" were common, the bells of the GRASSMAYR bell foundry are mostly cast with angel crowns, except for special artistic requests (such as for example the Lutheran rose or special animal heads, like dragons, lions etc.).
